Jointly with the Namibian Hydrogeological Consulting firm [[http://www.biwac.com|BIWAC]] (Bittner Water Consult) a working group on resilience of geohydrological systems at the [[http://www.hydro.uni-freiburg.de | Institute of Hydrology in Freiburg]] with Vera Marx, Pablo Davila and Simon Frey, led by Christoph Külls, is developing an integrated geohydrological model for that region. This model will become a management tool for the [[http://www.mawf.gov.na/Directorates/RuralWaterSupply/ruralwatersupply.html | Department of Water Affairs]] in Namibia and for the [[http://www.mme.gov.na/gsn/ | Geological Survey]]. The model development is funded and supported by the [[http://www.bgr.de | BGR/Germany]].
