The Weibull Plotting Position is defined as 

$$P(x>X)= \frac{m}{N+1}$$

where:

 $m$ : rank of the statistical variate 
 
 $N$ : total number of observations    

 $P$ : probability that the variate x exceeds the value X or $P(x>X)$
