In this framework, Isotopic methods and environmental tracers should be used in difficult-accessible and low-studied regions to apply concepts for protection of headwater and basins, carried out on the basis of water chemistry and environmental tracer sampling.

This project is supervised by Pablo Dávila and Dr. Christoph Külls from the Institute of Hydrology of the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg. Pablo Dávila is funded by the BMBF in the framework of a IPSWAT scholarship.
